Quick Start Guide

Welcome to ReviewSpace.

ReviewSpace is built around the concept of CleverSharing, allowing you to share files of any format, including video, with anyone you're working with, even if they don't have the same software that you used to create it.

It's less complex than project management software and, unlike file sharing software, threads together all of your files, comments and actions. Thus keeping you organised and making collaboration quick and easy!

The Quick Start video below, will quickly get you up to speed about using ReviewSpace.

My Account

The 'My Account' section allows you to change your email address, password, notification options and upload an image to represent yourself within ReviewSpace.

Quick Tips

To help you easily use ReviewSpace we have created a Quick Tips section at the top of each page. These are purple boxes with useful information about that page. Look up for a Quick Tip box at the top of each page.

Organising

Your files are stored in clients and projects - just like in real life. If you make amends and want to upload a new version of an item, ReviewSpace will nest them together for you, then you can tag and filter for keywords.

Commenting

You have the ability to attach comments, which form their own threads, to a file. This keeps the asset and everyone's feedback together. You can also add timeline comments, approve and reject files with the click of a button.

Clever Sharing

Allows files of any format, including video, image and sound clips to be shared with one click, even if the person you're sharing with doesn't have the same software that was used to create it. ReviewSpace takes care of encoding, hosting and streaming.

iPhone App

You don't want to be tied to your desk and neither do we. Which is lucky as very soon, the ReviewSpace iPhone app will mean your work and your review can go with you anywhere. Did we mention it was free?
